3. (Repealed).
3. The petition shall state:
(a) the name and address and the capacity or vocation of each petitioner;
(b) the name of the corporation, which shall be “(Name of the region) Manpower Vocational Training Commission”;
(c) the place of the corporate seat of the corporation;
(d) the delimitations of the region.
